Session Description

In this joint session, while emersed in Heather’s crystal singing bowl sound bath, Lauren will perform Quantum-Touch® for the group as well as give short individualized attention to each person.

Accompanied by the resonant tones of crystal sound bowls, this session combines energy work and sound in a multidimensional field of healing, inviting each participant to return to a state of balance, coherence, and renewal.

The gift of Quantum-Touch® came to Lauren at the same time she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During a session, a practitioner said to her, “This too is your work, Lauren.” That moment marked the beginning of her journey as a Certified Practitioner with energy work.

Her practice is centered on helping people reconnect with their own vitality, resilience, and balance. Using breath, intention, and focused awareness, she supports the body’s natural intelligence to heal. Beyond Quantum-Touch, Lauren works as a consultant in program development, leading projects in education, housing, and cultural development.
