Join us for a unique and meditative sound experience. As a lifelong learner and perpetual student of esoteric studies and healing modalities, please join me as I guide you on a meditative sound journey to raise your vibrations and open your heart. Immerse yourself in the transformative sounds of her binaural harmonic crystal singing bowls and the unique frequencies of light language. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and escape temporarily into other realms of consciousness.
Harmonic crystal singing bowls create states of relaxation and wellness, while the dissonant sounds of the binaural bowls work to move you deeper into the theta brain state and “clear out” or “move” energy. Participants will be brought back and forth between the harmonics and binaurals, switching between relaxing and deepening.
Light language is a form of communication that holds and transmits a unique frequency which can be used for healing, clearing, upgrading, and receiving spiritual guidance. It is a transmission of higher vibrations that overrides lower vibrations, negative thoughts or emotions, and will be sprinkled throughout the session.

What do I need to bring?
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for the floor. Dress according to your personal temperature. If you run cold, bring a blanket, if you run warm, dress in loose layers. It is encouraged for you to bring a water bottle and you are welcome to bring any crystals you would like to charge.

In this joint session, while emersed in Heather’s sound bath, Lauren will perform group a Quantum-Touch® Energetic Amplification, a process that introduces the twelve fundamental colors said to form an energetic blueprint for well-being within each cell and throughout the auric field.
The inner colors bring support for vitality, intuition, and your body’s natural building blocks, while the outer colors nurture creativity, truth, compassion, protection, and the higher layers of emotional and spiritual balance. Together, these vibrations help reset both your internal energy centers and your external layers of the aura, much like refreshing a system back to its original, coherent design.
As the amplified colors flow, participants may experience a deep reboot of their natural energy field—restoring clarity, resilience, and harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Accompanied by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, this session combines energy work and sound in a multidimensional field of healing, inviting each participant to return to a state of balance, coherence, and renewal.
About Lauren Manekin Beille:
The gift of Quantum-Touch® came to Lauren at the same time she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During a session, a practitioner said to her, “This too is your work, Lauren.” That moment marked the beginning of her journey as a Certified Practitioner with energy work.

Beyond Quantum-Touch, Lauren works as a consultant in program development, leading projects in education, housing, and cultural development.
